From February 21 to 23, 2025, the Fourth International Academic Conference on Electronic Technology and Artificial Intelligence (ETAI 2025) was successfully held in Harbin. The conference was hosted by Harbin Institute of Information Technology and jointly organized by the College of Electronic Engineering at Harbin Institute of Information Technology and the AEIC Academic Information Exchange Center, with support from numerous universities including Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, East University of Heilongjiang, Guizhou University, and the National Polytechnic School of Constantine. During the conference, renowned experts from seven top universities, both domestic and international, delivered keynote speeches, while eight young scholars presented impressive oral reports. More than 150 young scholars from over 20 universities and enterprises across the country gathered together to celebrate this event.
